  • What are your opening hours?

    The studio is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. If you would like to request different hours, please feel free to contact us by email.


  • Can I schedule a location viewing?

    Yes, viewings are definitely possible. Please send us an email at hi@studio88amsterdam.nl to schedule an appointment.


  • Where can I park?

    We do not have private parking spaces available at the studio. Paid street parking is available on the street and along the canals surrounding the studio, but spaces are rarely available. The nearest parking options are Q-Park Nieuwendijk, Nieuwendijk 16, and Q-Park Bijenkorf Amsterdam, Beursplein 15.


  • Do you have Wi-Fi?

    We offer a free Wi-Fi network. Feel free to ask our team for the password.


  • Do you have furniture and props that I can use?

    The studio is equipped with various props and furniture that may be used and moved free of charge with every booking. In addition, 3 large mirrors, a white backdrop, and two softbox lights are included.

  • Can I move the furniture?

    Yes, furniture may be moved, as long as this is done carefully and everything is returned to its original place afterwards.


  • Is there a kitchen available?

    Yes, the kitchen includes a sink, refrigerator, tableware, coffee machine, and kettle.


  • Is there a host present?

    There is always a host present during your booking, working from the office in the same building as the studio. The host can answer questions and assist where needed.


  • What if I break or damage something?

    Any damage to furniture, equipment, or the interior will be charged to the rente.


Bookings

  • How can I book?

    You can send us a DM on @studio88amsterdam, send an email to hi@studio88amsterdam.nl, or fill out the contact form.

  • What are your time slots?

    Our studios can be booked for time slots from 1 to 12 hours. We do not work with half-hour bookings. Please note that setup and breakdown time are included within your booked time.


  • Can I extend my booking?

    Yes, you can. The studio can be booked by the hour. Extra time can easily be added to your existing reservation, subject to availability. Adding 1 extra hour costs €80 excl. VAT.

  • How does payment work?

    You will receive an invoice by email once the booking is completed. When booking, you pay 50% as a deposit. The remaining 50% is due after the booking.


  • Can I cancel my booking?

    Cancellations are possible up to 72 hours in advance. If cancelled within 72 hours, the deposit will not be refunded.


  • Can I change my booking?

    Changes can be made free of charge up to 72 hours before the start time. For changes made within 72 hours, the deposit will be forfeited if the requested change cannot be accommodated.


  • Can I deliver items in advance or leave them afterwards?

    Yes, this is possible upon request. If needed, items may temporarily remain in the studio after your booking.


  • Is food and drink included during my booking?

    Food is not included. However, you can enjoy unlimited coffee and tea during your booking, regardless of how many hours you book.


Events & Space


  • What kind of events can I organize?

    Studio88 is suitable for photoshoots, video shoots, workshops, product launches, pop-ups, and content creation. The space is flexible and can be arranged for various purposes.


  • What is the capacity of the venue?

    The studio has a maximum capacity of 50 people, depending on the layout and type of event.


  • What happens if damage occurs during the event?

    The renter is liable for any damage caused by themselves or their guests.


  • Can you style the space in different themes?

    The studio has a modern base that can easily be transformed into different atmospheres. Additional styling, props, and decoration are available upon request.


  • Can we book multiple days in a row?

    Yes, multi-day bookings are possible as long as the studio is available

  • Do you offer support with event planning?

    Yes, we can assist with planning, styling, props, photography, and production. Full-service support is available. Additional costs apply.


  • Can you organize everything for us?

    Yes, upon request we can provide full support, including photography, styling, props, production, and other creative or organizational services. We are happy to think along with you.
